After serving as Chief Fiscal Officer of the New Jersey agency that issues bonds for hospital construction from 1978 through 1984, Frank Brady, MBA Esq. began his career as an attorney with New Jersey’s largest law firm in the fall of 1984, then moved his family to that firm’s Florida office in 1987 and later opened his own law practice in 1992 assisting individuals, business owners, non-profit organizations and physicians with all manner of complicated business issues.
Jeanne Brady, BSN Esq. joined the firm in 1996 after a career in nursing, and then several years as a staff attorney for the 4th District Court of Appeals in West Palm Beach, Florida. Her practice often combines her medical education and expertise with sharp analysis of legal issues.
Practice Areas include civil appeals in all Florida courts and Federal courts. In trial court matters, we limit our practice to civil litigation in personal injury and wrongful death matters, defense of Physicians and healthcare providers, all areas of family law disputes, probate litigation and administration of estates, contract disputes, business and personal bankruptcy, and Federal and Florida tax law. We also represent nonprofit organizations in financing of low-income multi-family rental housing.
Their combined experience has led to being counsel on hundreds of appeals in all Florida District Courts of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court, as well as appeals in the 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court.
